Maybe you can help me out my machine broke down
and I need a carveing made for my friend son birthday it's a gift for my friends 4 years old son I would pay to have it made

are you talking about a 3d model or just a raster carve?
I have found some models, some are good and other not so good.
I think there was a member who built a train table for a grandson that had Thomas on it

The z Motor is not working

Are you trying to trouble shoot and fix it? The z motor system is the more reliable of the three. Any idea what could be wrong? Any symptoms which could determine what is wrong?

When I start the machine it starts to cut and it cuts deeper and deeper in to the board I took it a part and try to clean everything still not working

I sounds like a loose or dirty z encoder disc problem. You should take off the rear cover of the z motor and have a look at the disc. See the post
