use the import pattern put in pattern in favorites. click on the pattern twice and it brings up in pattern editor, use the eye dropper and use the eye dropper in the area that you want to for the depth look in the lower left hand corner use the last # for the depth and use the magic paint brush and fill in.

The quality of the picture isn't great but, here is my stab at it. I used Sculptor to clean it up and invert it

Here it is in 1.187. I have included the pattern in my previous message so you should be able to use it in any version.

Here it is cleaned up a little more using Sculptor. Its still not great. Especially for a tattoo artist. A lot more clean up and smoothing is possible if you are willing to spend the time to do it.

I went in the program editor and cleaned it up the best I could.
