So I am guessing from lack of posts on the woodworking shows this season that Carvewright will not be at the shows? Just as well for me since my daughter is getting married the same weekend as the show here in Baltimore.

Finally gave up on the event. Had a group of 5 or 6 who would carpool 1 1/2 hr to the Baltimore show. Everybody decided that $12 to get in the door to find out if they wanted to spend their money on top of the trip expense/time just didn't make sense. Seemed to go from free to an expense in a couple of years, probably didn't pay attention until it hit double digits. The discussion also covered the number of major manufacturers that had dropped off the circuit. Guess it's like most everything else in the world, boils down to the money. If they don't see the sales then why do it, can't fault them for that. I miss it but just can't bring myself to fight the trip/expense, last time spent about $15 on little items just because I was there.
