New Board Sensor

Received my replacement board sensor today. Thanks CW.
I posted about the board sensor previously and mentioned the PCB was loose on the part. The PCB on the replacement part is tight and doesn't move at all. So now I'm wondering if the board sensor malfunctions because the PCB gets loose or possibly one of the board components goes bad.
Any thoughts on this?

I wondered about this my self. There is a lot of vibration
and could vibrate it loose and thought it should be epoxy
in and in a sealed unit so no dust could get into it.

Received the replacment sensor, installed it, ran a project. Now it's working as before. Still think the loose PCB had something to do with the clear sensor message as the new one was tight.
