cut out ?

I am making a sign that will be attach to a piece of ply wood.

Plywood is 27 1/8 wide

The sign I am making will be arch on the top. I want to make sure when the carvewright cuts it out that it will be 27 1/8 wide. arch part not worry about I have plenty of space to align the arch with the plywood and trim the ply wood to match.

When I do the cut out with carve wright do i need to do a offset?

Hopefully that makes since.

You should not have to do an offset.
You can lay it out in designer to where your arch is 27.125 wide and "flip cut" to the outside.
