Flip Board

When routing 2 sides of a board, it states flip board, do I flip end to end or side to side?

Like a page of a book, back side page 1 front side page two.

It’s a good idea to mark a small arrow pointing to the front of the work piece and mark the left edge with a red marker before inserting into the carvewright. Will cut the back first and the front second.:p
