I have dxf importer and got a lot of these free online and scaled them down for 1/8" baltic birch.
I stack em 4 high and use a sled.
I have to babysit the machine when its cutting because it cuts through the first two in one pass.
So i stop the machine and take the 2 top pieces out as they are cut.
