So I decided to upgrade to 3.1 why, im not sure, bored i guess. Anyway i did, now i keep getting the activate / buy now screen. I already have 3.0 paid for, is the upgrade to 3.1 another 199.00. I hope not. Anyone know what i need to do here.

Went to license in help menu but i dont have a number to put in there. Im just confused as always.

Thanks ahead of time for the help i know is on the way

Just enter the same number that you entered when registering ver. 3

Where is Connie when you need her. I tried the suggestion but no luck in the Manage Licenses there is nothing, only DEMO mode. I tried everything I know to do but still Im in DEMO mode In my account on the web it shows all my accounts etc that I have paid for, but not on the computer. This is terrible

Go to continue without activation > help > manage licenses > update licenses. Or call the office tomorrow. I'm not going to be in the office tomorrow. Death in the family and I'm whipped. Otherwise, I will be there Monday.

If he can't get to update license and the computer id is the same, he can download license file (bottom of Customer Account) and double click on the file with designer open. If comp id not the same, he may need to call office to get deactivated.
