:idea: Not sure if this is the place to ask, but here it is.I have just got my second carvewright machine and to start carving I must have the code to put in the new machine. My question is how do I get this code for the new machine when I have one registered ? I am sure it is simple but I am having a senior moment. PLEASE help me with the needed steps. From Alaska Jim

You should of received an email with the unlock code. If you do not have it you can also log into your customer account http://register.carvewright.com/ to get the un lock code.

Good. I think the answer is to log into your Customer Account and select Add Machine serial number.

If you don't see that option (sorry i don't see from your viewpoint), Lhr can add it.

I had the same thing. I just called them and they gave me the number over the phone.
