I am still using my old A series machine that was built exactly 9 years ago today, I just ordered a new cx with the upgrades and dc that Floyd sells. I will be anxious to see the difference of the 2 and do some more carving. I am just getting started again as I had quadruple bypass surgery thanks to good old agent orange and Viet Nam.

Thank you for your service. Just curious how you like the new CX compared to the A machine.

My Carvewright CX just came in today - When they said "user friendly" they meant it!

My first ever 3d carving (cutout) - tested in MDF because that's what I had handy...

Is this MDF? Looks like stone to me.

Looks like a very course particle board to me.

"LOVE" the design.

Looks like a very course particle board to me. Not much difference in the end. That's what we call MDF in the construction biz here in Florida.

"LOVE" the design. Thanks :D Here's the image since the .MPC was too big (not sure why - it's a pretty simple design)
