Hey folks, it was great to see pics of after hours socializing but I am interested in what is new and what was presented at the conference also. Can someone update us folks who could not make it?

New Designer 3.0

Features:
Make Vector Group - similar to v-carving
Patterns along a Trajectory - similar to text along a trajectory
Materials - similar to textures

I believe it will be available today.

I am attaching Designer 3.0 Software Manual update.

So I just purchased an upgrad to Designer 2.xxx in January of this year. Will I need to purchase an upgrade to 3.xxx? If so, do you know what it's going to cost yet Connie? The new material tool looks very interesting as well as the vector group tool and pattern along trajectory. I'm glad the pattern trajectory isn't limited to straight elements only.

Joe had to leave for the day to take his dad to the airport. Looks like it won't be available until tomorrow.
