just wondering if I can carve on corian counter top?

Yes that is the same material used for lithopanes and signs by many including me.

I've been using Corian almost exclusively for the past 3+ years. In my experience watch your depths. I usually stay in the .085-.125 range and have not broken any carving bits. I use my scroll saw to cut the pattern if required.

Really like your finishes, color combinations set everything off. Especially like the OSU one, have a slight prejudice.
