Does anyone know whether or not CarveWright has a maintenance service where you can ship your CW back to them and for a price they'll perform a full system checkup of the machine?

They do, but shipping alone can be expensive. If you're at all handy, use the forum and learn to perform maintenance yourself. Do you have a dust collector? If not, get one. Biggest "maintenance" item on the list.
