I have to re-register the software but won't let me......

No matter how I try to re-register, it won't go any further. If I use the "have a license", it's asking me for some type of file. Checked my account and no number available. If I use the "register online" it gives me an error message.....grrrrrrrrrr
I tried the http://register.carvewright.com, doesn't work. Did I miss something?

ahhhhhhhhh, got it! The link worked and downloaded the file.

Grrrrrrrrrr, the file is no good, says it doesn't contain a license. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday.......not good!

Found the trick to get around it.........simply restart your computer.........daaaaaaaaa!
