Reformat your card and reupload the project. (Cross your fingers.)

Unplug your machine for a few minutes while you do this.

Don't just turn off the machine, unplug it too. So the capacitors have time to discharge. 20+ minutes or more. Then try it again.

The led on the panel woks it goes through my projects and does what it should do maybe I need to try a different project with just the front side and see what happens

That's a good sign. If it does it on a basic project, look at your x-termination card, but I'm guessing you're fine.

I did all that was suggested to no avail so what might be the next step?

Take the time to explain exactly what the machine does when you try to load and carve a simple project. (Removing the card may not be the cause of the problem.)

When I start the project I select the program and then it states stay under rollers board is long enough to stay under rollers either way then says select back-enter and that is it basically... it doesn't measure the board ...

It may be as simple as a roller switch. What does it say after you press enter? Check the roller switches. Listen for the clicks or use the sensor check.

I made a basic carve and the only thing it does is- select project - I select it- then says to load board when it is already loaded.

Going back out to check sensors.

Thank Gosh, It was the back roller, it wasn't compressed I have it up and running---- I thought I done something bad to the machine pulling the memory card out with the machine on, it was coincidence that the back roller was stuck I though that I burned something up !!! Thank you Dan....."YOU DA MAN"

Man that was intense. I swear sometimes reading these threads is like reading a good horror novel! I always pay close attention to the details "just in case"..... Glad it worked out for you.

I had to laugh at your post, sometimes it is a horror story and the machine is the main character, in the times of distress ....:???:
