So yesterday I placed an order for some parts ... At checkout an error occurred, and a red box said order was cancelled or something like that ... So I went back and redid the order and this time checkout went fine ... Today my phone rings and I see it's from Houston so I answer,,, It's Carvewirght ( Don't remember the who cause I was napping when the phone rang,, LOL ) .. The woman asks if I placed 2 of the same orders intentionally ... Apparently the order that was cancelled went through ... Anyway, I appreciate the call and the service, the second order was cancelled and my account will be refunded ... Good looking out CW ... Thanks Much,,,,

I too am an extremely happy customer. CW may have some rough spots as all businesses do once in a while. But that does NOT include their customer service and friendliness, in my opinion. I have had contact with multiple CW staff and give them all a 10+ on how they handled my requests. For that, great job to the CW staff!!
