Vinyl cutting bit

Has anyone ever tried using a drag knife/engraving bit for vinyl?

On the Sawmill Creek CNC Forum you will find a very very old post about using the CNC as a Vinyl Cutter with that spring loaded bit...

In my opinion it would not work here in the CW as for one, the bit would crush at the bit plate and wood touch... and many other problems....

Vinyl Cutters are the very Cheapest of Sign Tools and between Signs 101 and Sawmill Creek you will see dozens of posts on how the Vinyl Cutter paid for itself in the very first job and many times a month...

I have one with a photo eye that can line up with printed stuff and cut stickers...
