I am having a new problem. When the board finally measures correctly and gets to the carving stage, it slowly spits the board completely out of the machine. I am continually getting a tracking sensor error that I can not consistently get rid of, and have had a problem with my last project that it would stop carving, jog the board and then start carving again in a totally random area. To me it seems software related, but I am a little inexperienced with the machine.

Any suggestions please.

We are getting ready to take it apart to clean and inspect every part.

Thank You
Tony

I would start with checking the compression rollers. Do a sensor check (0,7) from the main menu and scroll down to the compression roller readings. Test by loading a board and verify that both go closed at the same time.

Also check your head pressure, low readings most likely..

Also check the O ring on the brass roller and maybe even the damper spring under the brass roller fitting.
