Welcome. There are many, many knowledgeable men and women on this forum that can help with answering any questions you might have. I am not one of those as I am just barely beginning myself.

Welcome Rickywb, just a few tips, take your time, read the "tips and tricks" section, check the maintenance schedules for the machine.
Let us know your location, they may be a bunch of carvers near you and you can get first hand info and help for all of your questions.
good luck on your carvings.

I'm in the panhandle of Florida, and as the rest have said, welcome aboard one of the most asked questions is "WHY DID it DO THAT"...lol

Welcome to the family. I think that although the Carvewright can be frustrating at times you will have so much fun that it won't make much difference. Looking forward to seeing some of your projects.

As everyone else has said, welcome aboard. We're all here to help, to admire and help critique (nicely) projects, plans and ideas and sometimes to admit we've had the same problem or experience. You'll hear us attribute certain things to "operator error" and we speak from our own bad experience in most cases. That's how we have all learned to fly this plane. Let us know if we can help and feel free to expose us to new ideas and your carving accomplishments. Welcome to the Forum family.
