Harrier Help

Looking for some help, I am looking for a harrier and found this one http://forum.carvewright.com/showthread.php?12449-Harrier-Jump-Jet&highlight=harrier I do not have the stl importer. It says its a free pattern but I wonder if that is why I cant download it. Any help?
