my browser isn't showing the jpgs here

Sorry, couldn't find a better place for my web problem. Various forum posts here include an info frame for jpg's. I don't see a picture or have a hyperlink. In a very few cases I see a picture. Should there be a picture with every one of those frames? I've gone over my browser, internet, and security settings, but no help. I can get the zip downloads with no problem. Any ideas?

Got my machine. It checked out ok, and first trials went okay.
