I know I've seen this question many times previously, but now have my machine and can't locate the numbers. Help? :?:

In front of the machine just to the left where the power cord comes out
of the machine there is a name plate Computer Controlled Carving Machine and has the Model
and serial number is on the bar code.

Azbear,

That's only on the Sears CompuCarve machines. On the Beta machines you have to put your Flash card in and use the LCD pad 0 then 4 to get the Serial number.

Bob,
The Sears machines work the same insert the flash card turn on machine
go 0 then 4 or use options use the arrow key up or down for serial number.

I just thought it may be more convenient to look at the front of the machine.

Bill.

That's not on the Beta Machines, Bill, which is what I really wanted to indicate for those of us who never noticed <g>. Although I didn't know the LCD method was also on the Sears Machines ... it makes sense that it would be.

That's not on the Beta Machines

I'm confused...are they still shipping beta units, or are the machines that are shipping now - through Sears - actual production units?

My Serial # - which isn't called serial # or identified properly - is located on the front of the machine as noted above.

Meat.

There were 200 beta units sold all in 2006, none of them through Sears.
