Grab Paw With Screw?

Just found a bent flat washer in the CW. Page 31 doesn't show a flat washer behind the lock washer.
I can't find where this washer could have come from. It is bent open like it was put through some real stress.
Does anyone know if there is two washers behind the screw in the spindle shaft? There is no diagram where I can find this washer.
If it isn't important that is ok, if it is necessary for balance or something on this spindle then it needs replaced.

There are supposed to be two lock washers behind the grab paw screw. Sounds like one of them opened up and fell out. They are there for better balance. Not essential but less vibration with the two. They are standard lock washers.
