Large carve on 2 boards

Can someone explain to me how can I carve a large pattern on 2 boards without DXF importer? Is it possible?

You have definitely been pointed in the right direction. You can also do a search for "tiling". There have been numerous posts on this. I have a few pictures of some completed multi board projects posted as well.
