I need to tweak the settings a little but you get the idea.
.125 cell cast acrylic clear.
You need to make a sled. The oval shape was carved out through the plastic.
This made momma happy.
Now she doesn’t miss me as much when I’m cloistered in the garage. She has even left the car outside for two nights.
Love this machine.

Very nice.

I figured out a way to get the entire garage on a permanent basis. One evening, I went out to the shop, picked up a piece of scrap wood and spent four hours sanding. Next morning, my wife's nice black car was beige under all that sawdust. She hasn't parked in it since!

I tried that a while back myself. Next morning wife gave me a rag and a bucket of soapy water!

I did that, too until about a year and a half ago. Then the wife let me build an adition onto the side of oue existing garage. Results: a 24' by 15' hobbyist wood shop, and a 24' by 9' motorcycle bay.

Don,

You have to do when you know she will have to rush out quickly the next morning! And, do anything you can think of to make sure she is running even later!

Wood Butcher, can you help with finding a supplier for the .125 cell cast acrylic clear? Very nice work and strategy with the Mrs.!
