Carvewright incorrectly logging carve time

I noticed yesterday, 11/3/2012, that my machine logged 5hrs carving time on a 1hr project. The machine sat idle for 4hrs between bit changes and this was included in the carve time (apparently). This is of concern because the machine is under the 200hr warranty. I have created this tread to document the issue should a problem arise later on.
