The 1/4" sleeve for copper tubing works great for spacers on the new bits.
I have not tried the 1/2" at this time. Perhaps very soon?

Do you just slip it on or do you some how compress it on so it doesn't fall off? Great idea.

I just keep a few of them around and slide them on as needed. I don't find it necessary to press them on as they seem to wedge themselves very well when you just push the bit and sleeve into the chuck. I have no problem with them. I paid .15 cents each and though that was expensive until the big box stores sell them for $1.50 for a pack of three.
None of my projects have taken me to the 1/2" yet. I am anxious to get several projects completed so I can invent another reason to use my CW. With the 1/2" and spacers.

Just so you know, the 1/2" ones work too. I just picked some up today, thanks for the great tip!
