anyone having issues with the belts? I have had 2, from the same set, separate on the seam. One had less than 6 hours on it.

Just a thought - have you checked the head-pressure?

I had the same happen with a spare set I'd held onto for about 9 months before I installed them. Should have brought it up on the Forum at the time but I figured maybe they had been too folded up in the shipping bag so put it down to old age. That was more than 5 months ago.

Bull,
Sorry to heard of your challenges with the LHT sandpaper belts.
Been there, done that. Got the T-shirt. No Fun, as it stands in the way of Having Fun.
My biggest challenge was convincing someone it wasn't the result of operator error. Not sure I ever did.

Good luck!

have you considered upgrading to the rubber belts? They are a better solution. Mine always started to roll up on one end, then tore. so I got tired of replacing them and went with the rubber belts, no issues since.
