Bert,

I removed the serial number from your post, you should not post it as some one could copy it and use it to register the software. The serial number is what you need to use for activating. When typing in you need to make sure you are using capital letters.

Thanks for the warning on the serial number,didn't knowthat.when i type it in the space it will only type numbers not letters thanks again also can you purchase vectorclip3d patterns one at a time

Take a look at this, it might help you to get it activated. Sorry but the Vectorclip patterns are only a subscription based offer.
