View Full Version : And still no bit set or replacement carving bit!!!!

What is the deal with the bits? Mine have been ordered for almost 2 months. Are we going to have to order 2 months or more in advance?
My machine is going great with 38hrs so far and no problems. Will i be shut down due to waiting for bits?

Yes ... please read this. Chris gives me a good explanation of why there is such a backlog on the bits that were ordered. Now that I know the problems, I can be more patient with the wait. It was being told "a couple of weeks" that caused the frustration and/or anticipation of receiving them. Again, I apologize if I gave anyone a negative impression. I can be considered a "satisfied" customer and will continue to be a good ambassador for this machine.

I'm sorry for that, I guess my impatience gets the best of my words at times. I have been more than happy so far with the machine, just hate waiting. I don't want to wait to carve, i have so many projects to do and not enough time, when i do i am in the garage carving happily.
Again, sorry- it was more of a question than a complaint.
