Thank you all for the kind words about my Lito.

SharonB-love the word you used exceptionally-have not heard that for a bit and it seems not a word used very offen any more.

henry1-The photo is one Dr. Morris gave me. I scanned it and cropped it. 300 dpi
I have had good luck with e-mailed photo-if the dpi is high.
My settings were Depth: 0.180 Height: 450

Floyd- my back light was a 75 watt with black back ground all around.

That looks great. I have a Border Collie that could be a twin!

I have some Corian and need to build a sled for it. Any ideas on that?

Thanks!

Steve one way is to build a sled of mdf. Make it according to the 7"+ rule. Now on one side cut a pocket .25" deep and 8x10". On the other side cut a pocket .25" deep and 5x7". Now drill a hole in the center so you can push the corian out from the back side. Coat the mdf so it is sealed. Place the corian in the pocket using either wedges or tape to hold it in place. Carve away. Mine is actually made of pressed wood, and works fine.
