I tried printing a new sign and everything was going well until 1/2 way thru the project when the depth of the cut increased at least 1/4 inch and my sign was ruined.

I tried to abort the project and received a message that it was debugging the project and then I got an error 439.

Does anyone have any idea as to what I am doing wrong?

I received an immediate response from CW and I will make a trip to their office tomorrow. It appears that my z motor is diving and could be a loose cable.

I took my unit to CarveWright and they were able to fix my problem quickly. It appeared that possibly the cables were loose and they replaced one cable and glued the rest.

My machine is working just fine. :D
