Is it me and my ol' poor spelling skills? What is the correct spelling for theater......... or is it theatre.... maybe both?

Both are acceptable and correct grammar.

Theater is more American. It usually refers to a movie venue.

Theatre is used most everywhere else. In the US, the distinction is that it usually refers to the art form or live dramatic performance venue.

Molding around the edge carved or store purchased, either way, Impressive....

Letters, Carve Region or Cut and applied? Very Nice!!!!

The molding around the edge was added on, I wanted to give more of a raised effect, the letters are just a simple carve region, although after doing this way it gave me an idea. Im thinking of creating one that has the letters and the lines cut out and use it as a grill, then create a light box behind it with l.e.d lighting recessed around the edges so the letters have a soft glow behind them.
