I was just reading a post about the flex shaft replacement. Which made me think of the I ploblems that I've had with the cut motor screws in replacing the brushes when I get to take the screws out I find a tight fiting phillips screwdriver that fits good in the screwhead.. but if turns in the screwhead even a little bit it strips it out, luckily I've been able to put a slot in it to use a flathead screwdiver, is there a deaper screw head that is availible, you would think as many times that you have to change the brushes that it would be like the screw on the chuck with a deep allen head.
