Here is the 30 inch double sided sign I finished with an additional sign on the bottom. It is carved in redwood and I used Sculpt Nouveau primer for the rust color and clear coated with their eve-rclear 2 part urethane coating. This is a very helpful company and it was so easy to use. This was all carved with my CW's. These signs are going to New Your City. They also purchased a bracket from me that is being shipped separately.

Hello Tom,

Signs look good, like the color.

I believe you are covering the USA and the world with your signs.

I hate you! I have been struggling to understand how to make a large sign. Gave up and carved in separate 12" pieces. Grrrrrr. One of these days I'll get it. (Great Sign)

Thanks Lawrence. Yes that is how I started the large signs by following Tips and Tricks. Here is a very quick overview. I design them in a smaller format such as 30" X 12". Once I am happy with the design I would select all and expand it to the desired size. Move the pattern up or down to the desired size on the viewable board with a little overlap. Save the file as top and bottom to desired size. Don't for get to leave zero carve region on the edges if it is being carved away so your rollers will always have pressure. Your actual carve should be taller than required and then cut to size so it matches exactly. Hope this helps
