Sofrware upgrade

I recently upgraded my software to the latest version. Now I can't seem to get my cards to follow suite. What am I doing wrong?

Double check that you are running the latest version, maybe it did not load properly

Make sure the card reader is reading, might try changing USB ports.

If you can read the card, open in flash manager and update firmware from there.

Strangly enough I've seen some PCs that only seem to do the latest software update well when you are running the Designer software as an Administrator of the machine. Right click on the program icon and select Run As Administrator to start CW Designer. Not guaranteed but it can't hurt anything. Just my 2 ¢.
