moving a drawing to an angle

I'm stumped. I have just drawn a rectangular shape to precise dimensions, now I need to move it to where it is sitting at 13 degrees from the centerline. How do I move it?

When I import jpgs and such in I have the green tab the lets me do this, but when drawing in the software it is not an option. How do I make this happen?

Make it a carve region at 0 depth. Group it. make pattern. delete rectangle. add rectangle pattern. adjust degrees.

I'm not for sure if you can. You can draw a segment line and sit it to 13 degrees, then drawing the other lines at 90 degrees from it.
