I just made a project for my moms birthday. It looks nice and I saved it onto my card with out any problems. Then I remembered I needed to add keyholes on the back. I added them and redacted the project. Deleted the old one off the card and tried to put the new one on and received this message. I tried three different time with no luck.

Did you delete the keyholes and try it? If you post it and we will try it.

Great minds must think alike. I just deleted the keyholes and it loaded ok.
Should I post the file with or without the keyholes?

Will assume you have the keyhole tool license.

Try placing the keyholes on the project again. Save the file.

Reformat your card, and then try reloading the project file.

Let us know what happens

Here's the project. Knowing me im doing something wrong. I tried to compile the project again with the keyholes and got the same response. Also I used the mirror to make two keyholes on the back.

I do have the liscense for the keyhole, Ive used it once. I hadnt thought about reformatting the card. Ill try that now.

OK I just reformated my card and tried to reload the project and recieved the same error.

Its appearently with this project I just put a keyhole on the back of another project and it worked fine.

Might be the placement of the keyhole, I just placed a keyhole on the project and uploaded it with no errors. I placed the keyhole center of the board on the back,
Try placing the keyhole in a different position and see if you get the same result.

Is there a conflict with depth of carve on each side and thickness of the board?

Same spot?

I do not know if it was the same spot. I did try an example where keyhole breaks through the carving side and it did not cause an error.

I feel so silly, it was complete operator error. I just figured out what I did. I re-did the keyholes and it turned out to be my fault. I forgot that I had changed the depth of the carve for the keyholes, so with doing it the way they suggested let me upload it just fine. I feel silly. Thank you for putting up with me. Im still learning.
