Okay I've done something stupid. I took off the top of my machine and disconnected the cover wires from the cut motor, but I have forgotten which wire goes to which plug. The black wire from the cut motor goes to the black wire from the machine, but there are more connections I am unsure of. From the cover of the machine there is a white and a black connector and then there is one remaining while connector from the cut motor and one white one from the carvewright machine. Which of the two white lines goes to the black on the cover? Next time I will follow the advice I give other people to take a picture of wiring before you take it apart.
