Failure of the Lead Screw

While I was starting load a board the head dropped on the left side about 1/4 inch. Upon disassemblyI found the Lead Screw Nut on the left side of the machine was stripped. My picture below was not able to show it but the threads on the inside were basically gone. My machine is less than 3 years old with less than 175 hours on the cutmotor. My Cut motor failed at 139 hours and my Y motor failed at around 155 hours. At about 140 Hours I installed a 3rd party Dust Collector system advertised on the CarveWright Web Site. I am thinking that will help provide better longevity to my machine. IHope. I ordered both the Left and Right side nuts thinking the other one may fail soon.
