I lost my software license on my laptop for a second time. I works fine one day, then I tried to log in and it is gone. Any idea of what might be causing this. I have already sent Carvewright the request to reset my computer.

Are you running security scan software? Is it 64 bit? Did u install and register using Run As Administrator? Have u tried the Clean License under support > project designer registration > troubleshooting (last paragraph).

Lynn, I run Norton's and my computer is 64 bit. I did install it as an administrator. I will look at that clean license deal. It should be noted, my desktop is running the exact setup with no problems.

If the clean license is in the designer software under support, I can't run it at all.
