am considering making my own rotary jig, but can't figure out how to "measure" once jig is in place.
can anyone help out.

Hi Bill, welcome to the forum.

I also hope/plan to eventually make my own adjustable rotary jig. Before doing so, though, I made sure to get one from the idea's inventor, Ed Baker. This will both give me a better understanding of the concept before I try to expound on it and
will ensure that Ed gets some compensation for his brilliant invention.

I agree with Lawrence, a lot of work and effort went into the creation of the rotary jig by Ed, so start by purchasing his.

I could find no mention anywhere on Ed's site about a rotary jig. Only canes?????

He has them on ebay but he does not have one up right now.

OK. Thanks. That explains it. I checked ebay and couldn't find it there either.
