I did several more knives this past week. I really like these. And the folks who I made them for were thrilled. I have a pattern now that cuts out the scales slightly larger than needed, then glue them on with gorilla glue and once cured just sand to fit.

All the knives really look good. I put an order into woodcraft last evening for some finishing supplies and almost added a knife to try....after looking at these, I guess I should have. Great job on all of them.....

Nice, I made a sled for all my scale sizes to keep from wasting high dollar wood. I am glad to see this concept catching on it is fun to do. I have started learning to tool leather and make custom sheathes to go with the knifes as well.

These look great. I would love to learn how to do this. I have a trail master Bowie from cold steel that I want to redo the handle on.
