Commission for someone from another forum (a gift for an old shipmate)

I do love how maple carves...

I've been doing videos like this when customers order carves as gifts-- it shows them the process as well as the final result even though they might never actually see the piece. The windows live movie maker makes creating videos VERY easy

Thanks as always for looking

Nice Video, Great Project !!!!

My first Ship was the First in that series, the USS Knox FF-1052 in 77. That logo in the Center is Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist a Qualification process to know the Ship from top to bottom and be able to explain it all to the Captain and a Board of Senior Officers. I got my Qual in 81 on my 2nd ship, it started in 79. That is the (SW) after my Rate FCC (SW) or Fire Control Chief, Surface Warfare.

He was a RMC or Radioman Chief. It is normally written RMC(SW). I am sure HE will LOVE IT.

Nice Work !!!

Lawrence,
You're another one of the forum members that doesn't sleep, aren't you. Everything you touch turns into a bed of roses, that is beautiful, nice j-o-b.
