Thanks, this is my 3rd knife , and the wolfs name is maximus the font I used made the s sorta look like a g in the picture

Beautiful!! I had a timberwolf labrador mix. He was jet black. Except for his huge white fangs! His name was WolfGang.

Just curious about how you attached the handle of the knife. Is it glued on?

Yes, the handles are glued with 2 part epoxy as to keep from drilling holes in the carve.

I went to Woodcraft and picked up that knife kit.

I made one (I'll post the pattern later) and after showing it around to a few friends got requests to make 4 more. I didn't bother with the screws in the kit for attaching the wood, I just used gorilla glue. It worked perfectly.

Great job! I have been learning leather crafting as well and have made a couple of sheaths for long knifes and a couple of cases for the folders.
