Now the fun begins - new CTchuck arrived - Time to install chuck and upgrade belts...

Well the new CT truck assembly arrived today. It's sitting on my desk quietly begging to be installed. I'll install it and the upgrade belts at the same time. I may as well do all the maintenance at once. All the documents have been printed out, and the videos have been watched. Now to review and commence.... next week. I have too much to do this week.

After that....

I think my first project will be something simple, and the second project will be the new dust collection.

Anyone have an idea what I should do for a first project?

my recommendation is keep it to a simple raster carve and make sure to have an extra 3.5+ inches on each end and 3/4 or so on each side from your carving. Make sure the board is jointed and planed flat and has square and parallel sides and that the board is not too wide... I kept mine as simple as possible and then went from there....
