Check out the attached MPC. On the ends of the ribbon there are some little "knobs". Those actually come out in the carve. Can someone fix those? I would really appreciate it. It's a pain carving them off my hand after the fact. Thanks!!

Only the one that created the pattern of the ribbon can fix it in PE. I suggest looking for another ribbon to replace that one. Looks like it was done from an image, imported into designer.
