More than likely the Cut Motor Brushes let the motor stop and that is what caused the Z Stall...

Brushes should be replaced about 250 cut hours as once they get short they stall the cut motor and if your doing a Cut Path can snap the $40.00 bit.

Read up on the 250 hour maintenance.

Save on Shipping by buying all the required stuff at once. Your Y Bearings are SHOT too...

Good Luck,

AL

AL, as I said I changed the brushes day before and done a carve, the cut motor came on and done the carve went well, the stall came on as I was doing the carve on the jewery box I think that I had a slight bow in the 55" lenght I'm going to just half the project and see if it will work, I do need the bearings, y truck y & z motors, I'm going to see If I can bleed one more project out of it...lol
