Ok so I have a friend that is really in to collecting vintage video game stuff. His birth day is coming up in a few weeks so I want to make him something on my CW machine. So what I am really wanting to make for him is a large NES controller but a large Nintendo logo would work too. I searched around and could not find anything like what I am looking for. So if some one has something that they could share that would be great.

Thanks

a while back I did a model for a classic NES controller-- you would unscrew the actual controller and put it into the wooden case (it would then be a working wooden controller)

I'll see if I can find it for you tonight after work

That would be very cool to see that. He hinted to me that a wooden case for the NES its self would be cool but my skill level just is not quite that advanced yet. I still have quite a learning crave to work with.

Thats not fair... you can read it right off the label! I did remember when that first came out tho!!! Never played with it however.

He came with the original deluxe console package. You plugged the other controller into him. And he played against you! Ton of fun! But only two games for him!

I would love it but I don't have the soft ware to convert it to the carvewright.

Here it is quick and down and dirty... I would DEFINITELY check for tabs/ thicknesses/ optimization etc as I have not quality checked this piece and just put the pieces on.

Hope this helps,

Lawrence

This is awesome. Thanks so much. I think I will just cut out a case and use the original buttons. I think that will make things more simple.
