I gave up last night and started over this morn. The repair monster took care of it last night because it worked just fine when I went to start it. I did one 1.5hr cut no problems. Now my second cut came up error code 05-0303 y axis stall. I found the 05 code but what is the 0303? (I sure hope the repair monster returns tonight).
Anyway, more advise would be greatly excepted.
THANKS AGAIN

Run the user test. Press 0 then 8, scroll to y axis test. If the Y test goes without a glitch, I would say the problem is in the project file

Y axis is working post your MPC and we can look it over for any problems. I would there is something in the file that cause a y axis error.

The file your are trying to carve, the ext. is whatever the file name is .mpc

To upload it, when you reply go to the go advanced tab, when the window comes up scroll down and you will see manage attachments. click that tab and that is where you can upload your file or pictures, etc.

That way I and some of the other folks can try and to look for a problem in the project you are trying to carve that may have cause the Y axis stall

this is a new one I made today, complete with a spelling error

Didn't see anything on the project file that would have caused an error. Not even the spelling, lol

Sometimes a fluke on nature. Have you tried carving another project? This is a new Version C machine correct?

Do you have 1/2 on each side of the carve

The first thing I noticed when I pulled up your mpc file was the dimensions of your board vrs. the pattern. I always put in 3.5 inches on each end and at least a half inch on the width. That being said you might be planning on putting it on a sled so you can carve it out as you laid it; however I think the sled has to have the dimensions of the sled as the "board settings"...but I could be wrong. I try to avoid using sleds if at all possible.
